The challenge in this Writ Petition is to the order dated 10.06.2025, rejecting the rectification application filed by the petitioner, challenging the order passed by the respondent on 20.02.2025.

In view of the order dated 25.06.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.22710 of 2025, setting aside the order passed by the respondent dated 20.02.2025, consequent order passed by the respondent in rejecting the rectification application dated 20.02.2025, which is impugned herein is also set aside.

3. In the result, this Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
