ORDER

It is seen that the petitioner is the tenant under the respondents 2 and 3. It is alleged by the petitioner that the respondents 2 and 3 have closed the gate thereby preventing from ingress and egress into the property for the petitioner and the inmates of the hostel that is being managed by the petitioner in the rented premises. It is also seen that that on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent police have registered a case in Crime No.583 of 2016 on 06.09.2016 under Sections 342 and 506 (1) of IPC against the respondents 2 and 3 herein.

2. In a case of this nature, where the jural relationship between the parties is that of landlord and tenant police protection as prayed for cannot be granted.

3. In the result, the criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy i the manner known to law.
