This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 72 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition against the order dated 19.01.2023 passed in Crl.M.P. No.243 of 2023 by the learned Principal Special Judge, EC & NDPC Court, Chennai.
2. Mr. R. Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), who takes notice on behalf of the respondent did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order, and list the matter for admission in the usual course.
