Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.OP.17365 of 2018 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to Dispense with the appearance of the petitioner in C.C.No.4792 of 2018 on the file of the Fast Track Court, III, Metropolitan Magistrate Saidapet Chennai disposal of the above Crl.OP.No.17365 of 2018. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.OP.NO.17365 of 2018 On the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.

TAMILAVEL, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The petitioners are directed to appear before the Trial Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file an application under section 436 Cr PC seeking bail on such application being filed, they shall be released on bail on they executing a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties. They shall also file an affidavit of undertaking that they will appear before the Trial Court in the event of Crl.Op.No.17365 of 2018 being dismissed.

Thereafter, the presence of the petitioners shall be dispensed with until the disposal of Crl.OP.No.17365 of 2018. -sd/- 06/07/2018 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
