ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed for modify of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16486 of 2020 dated 19.11.2020 that the petitioner report before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16486 of 2020 on 19.11.2020, regularly and hence, he prayed for modify of the said condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P No.16486 of 2020 dated 19.11.2020, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicil Magistrate, Kurinjipadi, Cuddalore District on all hearing dates until further orders.
