Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time the condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.17,25.000/- (Rupees Seventeen lakh and twenty five thousand only) to the credit of crime no. 4 of 2013 within period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and submit the said deposit receipt before the Special Judge, Special Court under TNPID act, Coimbatore and a copy of the said deposit receipt shall obtain an respondent police is imposed in Crl.O.P.No.18192 of 2021 dated 04/10/2021 on the file of this Honourable Court and render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.

Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 04.10.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to comply with the conditions.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to comply with the conditions.
