This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3927 of 2023 dated 16.03.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3927 of 2023 dated 16.03.2023 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
