This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6013 of 2023 dated 17.03.2023 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6013 of 2023 dated 17.03.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Thursday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The petitioner shall co-operate for medical examination.
