The petitioner seeks direction to consider his representation, dated 20.07.2024 to conduct the temple festival jointly with the members of the other group.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent Nos.1 to 7 states that on receipt of the representation and constituting a Committee, the Deputy Superintendent of Police has issued proceedings, dated 25.07.2024 permitting both the groups to conduct the festival jointly.
