BY ITS PROPRIETOR K.SENGODAN IN BOTH THE PETITIONS ] Vs S.NATARAJAN [ RESPONDENT IN CRL.MP.NO.8996 OF 2018 IN CRL.RC.NO.594 OF 2017 ] A.R.SUNDAR [ RESPONDENT IN CRL.MP.NO.8997 OF 2018 IN CRL.RC.NO.595 OF 2017 ] Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent at 10.30 a.m. every month 1st working day at 10.30 a.m. by the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.5215 & 5217 of 2017 in Crl.R.C.No.594 & 595 of 2017 dated 12.04.2017 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.S.SARAVANAN, Advocate [IN ALL THE PETITIONS] for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- Seeking to relax the condition already imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.Nos.5215 of 2017 and 5217 of 2017 in Crl.R.C.Nos.594 of 2017 and 595 of 2017, the petitioner is before this Court with this miscellaneous petition.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and hence, the conditions may be relaxed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the earlier conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.Nos. 5215 of 2017 and 5217 of 2017 in Crl.R.C.Nos. 594 and 595 of 2017 dated 12.04.2017.

4. In view of the above, the condition already imposed on the petitioner by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Gobichettipalayam once in three months i.e. first working day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. This miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
