CRIME NO. 880 OF 2021.

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Para 6 (b) of the order dated 23.09.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.17620 of 2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.SATHIA CHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.Gopinath Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 23.09.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on anticipatory bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 23.09.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required until further orders.
