O R D E R

When the matter came up on 11.12.2024, Mr.V.Rajesh for the respondents/plaintiffs submitted that his clients had sent an intimation that they will withdraw the suit in O.S.No.287 of 2024, when it was listed before the learned Principal District Munsif at Salem. Mr.V.Rajesh has also produced a letter that has been issued to him by the plaintiffs on 10.12.2024, wherein they had undertaken to withdraw the suit.

2. As per the said undertaking given before this Court, the suit in O.S.No.287 of 2024 on the file of the learned II Additional District Munsif at Salem has been withdrawn on 20.12.2024. Hence, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this revision.

3. Accordingly, the civil revision petition stands closed. The letter dated 10.12.2024 shall form part of this order. No costs. Consequently, 2/4

connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
