This petition has been filed to implead the petitioners as the respondents 2 to 15 in the writ petition.

Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the writ petition has been filed challenging the notice issued by the Commissioner of Tiruppur City Municipal Corporation directing the writ petitioner to remove the encroachment made in the public road in the layout within 24 hours and that unless the walls erected by the writ petitioner are removed, the petitioners cannot have access to their properties.

In view of the fact that the petitioners are necessary parties to the writ petition, this petition is ordered.
