The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the third respondent to pass orders on the representation dated 11.12.2023 submitted by the petitioner for the show cause notice issued to him on 23.11.2023 and further directing the third respondent not to effect recovery without first passing orders on the above representation.

2. It is seen from the records that on receipt of the show cause notice, the petitioner submitted his explanation and it is pending on the file of the third respondent without passing any order. 2/4

In view of the limited relief sought for in the petition, the third respondent is directed to pass orders on the explanation submitted by the petitioner for the show cause notice dated 23.11.2023 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
