1995 notionally for purpose of getting pension by taking into account of the petitioners seniority and qualification, on par with their juniors namely one P.Karuppiayan, by considering their representation dated 23.06.2022 in the light of the Orders passed in W.P.No.15561 of 2006 dated 10.03.2008, W.A.No.690 of 2008 dated 13.10.2009, W.P.No.23374 of 2008 dated 30.10.2009, W.A.No.607 of 2010 dated 29.03.2010 and proceedings of the second respondent dated 07.01.2011 and W.P.[MD] No.6500 of 2021 dated 23.2021.

COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed to regularize the services of the petitioner as Forest Watcher from 24.01.1995 for the purpose of getting pension by considering their representation dated 26.11.2021 and 23.06.2022 respectively on par with their juniors who have already been promoted as per the proceedings of the first respondent and in the light of the Orders passed by this Court.
2. The grievance of the writ petitioners is that the petitioners were not appointed as Forest Watcher in regular time scale of pay by considering their seniority and their juniors have been appointed as Forest Watchers. Therefore, they have given representation to the respondents and the same has not been considered till date. Hence, seeks a direction to the respondents to consider their representation of the petitioners.
3. Since limited relief is sought, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 26.11.2021 and 23.06.2022 and pass Orders on merits in the light of earlier Orders of this 3/5
Court within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
4. With the above direction, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
