This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to cause the registration of an FIR, based on the complaint dated 02.06.2018, investigate the same and file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. In view of the order passed by this Court in Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., -Vs- The Assistant Commissioner of Police, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner set out in Sugesan (supra).
