This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed for substituting DBS Bank India Limited, Rep. by its Managing Director, Registered Office, at Express Towers, th Floor, Nariman Point, Mumbai - 400 021, Maharashtra State, India instead of the petitioner/Lakshmi Vilas Bank, Rep. by its Chairman, Registered Office, 1 st Floor, Salem Main Road, Kathaparai, Karur - 639 006 in W.P.No.22557 of 2003.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submitted that he has no serious objection to this petition being allowed.

4. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for. 12.07.2022 mrr Note: Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title of W.P.No.22557 of 2003.
