2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.This Court does not find any reason to recall the order passed by this Court on 25.06.2019 and this Court has made it clear in the said order itself that the husband shall be present before the Court below as and when required by the Court below and this Court has also fixed a time limit for completion of proceedings.

4.In the result, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
