ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) The grievance of the petitioner is that petitioner's complaint dated 12.10.2021 was sent through online and thereafter, no action taken.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for respondents would submit that the jurisdictional police not received the online complaint. He would further submit that if the petitioner produce the complaint in person before the 3rd https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent and gives his explanation, appropriate steps would be taken.

3. Considering the same, the petitioner is directed to appear before the 3rd respondent police on 01.11.2021 along with copy of complaint and give explanation with contemporary document, if any. Thereafter, the 3rd respondent police is directed to take appropriate action in the manner known to law.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
