ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 21.03.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.27605 of 2022, thereby directing the second respondent to pass orders for the approval of the appointment of the petitioner in the post of Secondary Grade Teacher in the fourth respondent school from the date of her appointment ie., on 01.03.2016, with all consequential benefits. 2.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that as against the order passed by this Court, the respondents filed appeal in W.A.No.2388 of 2024 and before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court, on 07.08.2024, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertook that they will not proceed with the contempt

proceedings before the learned Single Judge.
