ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.09.2021, seeking for grant of patta in respect of the land comprised in S.No.2 (Old Baimash No.59) to an extent of 0.95 cents, S.No.3 (Old Baimash No.59) to an extent of 5.80 acres, S.No.20 to an extent of 0.64 cents, S.No.22 to an extent of 2.25 acres and S.No.23 to an extent 3.10 acres situated in Kempa Chathiram Village, Hosur Taluk,

2. Heard, Mr.R.Thanjan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 06.09.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and giving an opportunity of hearing, pass orders to issue patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of the land comprised in S.No.2 (Old Baimash No.59), to an extent of 0.95 cents, S.No.3 (Old Baimash No.59) to an extent of 5.80 acres, S.No.20 to an extent of 0.64 cents, S.No.22 to an extent of 2.25 acres and S.No.23 to an extent 3.10 acres situated in Kempa Chathiram Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
