Complainant PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to re-schedule the dates fixed for trial in SC No.77 of 2018 on the file of the learned District Mahila & Sessions Judge, Chengalpet.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the Court below to reschedule the dates fixed for trial in SC No.77 of 2018.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that *the same counsel has been engaged as a legal Aid Counsel for doing on important case before the Special Court, Chennai for which, the dates have *already been fixed every week from Tuesday to Friday and therefore, she is not in a position to conduct the trial daily *basis before the learned District Mahila and Sessions Judge, Chengalpet. The learned counsel therefore requested that the Court below can be directed to accommodate the counsel on every Monday and Friday and the counsel undertook that she will be present before the Court on those days and will co-operate for the early disposal of the case.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the Court below is requested to consider the plea https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

put *forth by the Counsel appearing for the petitioner. The counsel can take into account the fact that the Counsel is appearing for several legal aid cases and therefore, some accommodation can be given by the Court below and the dates can be rescheduled accordingly.

5.This Criminal original petition is disposed of with the above directions.
