The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 18.10.2021.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he sent an on-line complaint on 18.10.2021 and despite of receipt of the same, no action has been taken.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in this case, if particulars of on-line complaint is provided, the same shall be verified and enquiry will be conducted. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the same, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police hand over the physical copy of the complaint dated 18.10.2021. Thereafter, the respondent Police shall take appropriate action.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
