Mr.V.K.Sathiamurthy C O M M O N O R D E R The transfer petitions have been filed by husband and wife seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.55 of 2016 on the file of Sub Court, Poonamallee, to the file of II Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai, to be jointly tried with H.M.O.P.No.2487 of 2016.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioners.

3. It is seen that the husband has filed H.M.O.P.No.55 of 2016 on the file of Sub Court, Poonamallee, seeking divorce and wife has filed H.M.O.P.No.2487 of 2016 on the file of II Additional Family Court, Chennai, seeking restitution of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

conjugal rights. Considering the submission that both parties have filed petitions and it would be desirable to have both the matters together, this Court directs transfer of H.M.O.P.No.55 of 2016 on the file of Sub Court, Poonamallee, to the file of II Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai, to be jointly tried with H.M.O.P.No.2487 of 2016.

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions, accordingly, are ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
