ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The writ petitioner seeks a direction on the Debts Recovery Tribunal to dispose of a particular matter expeditiously.

2. There is no doubt that the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore, will dispose of the matter as expeditiously as the business of the forum permits. No extraordinary ground is made out for the writ petitioner's matter to be taken out of turn and dealt with ahead of others. The writ petition does not demonstrate that the writ petitioner is a special or privileged citizen.

3. Accordingly, W.P.No.20343 of 2020 is disposed of by requesting the Debts Recovery Tribunal at Coimbatore to ensure that the writ petitioner's matter is taken up without undue delay and as expeditiously as the business of that tribunal will permit.

There will be no order as to costs.
