This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to impound the passport, freeze the bank accounts and assets of the first and second Accused.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mrs.Kritika Kamal.P, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submitted that the case in Cr.No.37 of 2016 on the file of the Coimbatore City Crime Branch has been transferred to the Economic Offences Wing, Coimbatore District.

3. Hence, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Inspector of Police, Economic Offences Wing, Coimbatore with necessary records and assist the police in investigation of the case and apprehension of the offenders.
