ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings in Crime No.85 of 2010 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.85 of 2010, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court-II, Chengalpattu and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.325 of 2015.

3. Since charge sheet has already been filed in Crime No.85 of 2010, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
