C.M.P.No.19252 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.94591 of 2023 R.SURESH KUMAR, J.
AND A.D.MARIA CLETE, J.
This petition is filed to condone the delay of 50 days in preferring the appeal.
Heard Mr.M.S.Elangovan, learned counsel for the appellants and Ms.R.Sree Vidhya, learned counsel for the second respondent. Since it is mentioned in the cause-list that the first respondent refused to accept notice, therefore, the same is taken as served.
Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 50 days in preferring the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
