After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, this writ petition is disposed of at the time of admission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, by dispensing with the requirement of filing of counter on behalf of the respondents, as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed. This Court directs the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders based on the representation filed by the petitioner on 02.03.2022 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to state before passing such order the petitioner shall be heard. No costs.
