2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has impleaded the Superintendent of Police, Perambalur District as the respondent and not the Station House Officer to investigate the case in crime No.125 of 2013.
