This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first and second respondent to give police protection to the property situated at No.189, Sholinganallur Village & Taluk, Survey No.12/1 and New Survey No.12/1B1/1A1A1.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an ad- interim injunction already obtained in a Civil Suit in IA.No.491 of 2015 in O.S.No.350 of 2015 dated 29.04.2016 on the file of the learned Additional District Munsif, Alandur has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

violated by the third respondent and contempt petition in I.A.No.94 of 2018 in O.S.No.350 of 2015 is also pending against him.

3. Considering the above, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the contempt petition raised as against the third respondent in the manner known to law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
