It is the grievance of the petitioner that the first respondent Police is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner and intimidating him based on the complaint given by the Bank officials. 3.
The learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for the first respondent Police, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint received, the respondent Police called the petitioner for enquiry, conducted an enquiry and subsequently closed the same. 2/4
