This petition has been filed to implead the legal heirs of the deceased 1st appellant as respondents 17 & 18 in the appeal.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants submitted that the proposed respondents R17 & R18 are the legal heirs of the 1st and 2nd appellants and since, they are not interested in pursuing the appeal along with the second appellant, they have been arrayed as respondents.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavits filed in support of this petitions being satisfactory, this petition is ordered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to take fresh private notice on the impleaded respondents.
