ORDER

This miscellaneous petition has been filed to extend the order of interim direction dated 26.03.2025 in W.M.P.No.12528 of 2025 in WP No.11100 of 2025 by directing the respondents 1 and 2 to provide protection for ingress and egress of men, materials and also vacate the trespassing persons from illegally assembling near the factory premises.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

3. It is seen that the interim order that was granted on 26.03.2025 was restricted for a period of eight weeks. The same has already been expired. However, the same circumstances still prevail and therefore, the learned counsel Page No.2/5

for the petitioner seeks extension.

4. Considering the nature of prayer that is made, the order that is granted on 23.06.2025 is extended until further orders. Needless to mention that the respondents shall file an application for vacating the order, if the circumstance exists.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered. Call the main Writ Petition on 14.07.2025. 26.06.2025 Jer Page No.3/5

3. Accordingly, Registry is directed to correct the date as '26.03.2025' and issue fresh order copy.
