By order dated 25.09.2008, the petitioner's request for issuance of patta for the lands situated in Survey Nos.72/8 and 72/10 at No.101, Valasravakkam Village, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District, was rejected by the respondent no.3. Thereafter, the petitioner filed an appeal to the respondent no.2, who also confirmed the order of the respondent no.3 by order dated 14.03.2013. The petitioner filed a further appeal/revision before the respondent no.1 on 10.05.2013. As the same has not been disposed of, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Considering the pendency of the appeal/revision filed by the petitioner dated 10.05.2013, a direction is issued to the respondent no.1 to dispose of the same within a period of eight https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to send a copy of the representation enclosing a copy of this order within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
