This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the complaint dated 19.7.2019 given by his wife Jajitha Rihana.
2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent police.
3.Taking into consideration the nature of the dispute involved in this case is a matrimonial dispute, it is for the parties to adjudicate the same before the appropriate Civil Court and the respondent police will have no role to play in a case of this nature.
