This application has been filed seeking to bring the 5th proposed respondent on record as the legal heirs of the deceased 2nd respondent namely Late SP Narasimhan as 5th respondent in the above Original Petition.

2. On perusal of the case file, it would indicate that notice is already taken to the fifth respondent and Affidavit of Service is also filed in this regard. None appeared for the fifth respondent. Considering the fact that fifth respondent is the legal heir of the second respondent, this application is ordered, as prayed for.
