ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.18243 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.15813 of 2022 dated 13.12.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been appeared before the respondent police for more than 3 1⁄2 years and 1/3

presently he is appearing on 1st working day of every month. Apart from that, he is also appearing before the Trial Court in S.C.No.2 of 2018, the petitioner has been arrayed as an accused.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner should appear for another three more months and thereafter his presence may not be required.

4. In view of the same, the petitioner shall continue to appear before the respondent police on 1st working day for the month of August, September and October at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter before the Trial Court on all hearing dates.

5. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 29.07.2025 jas To The Additional Superintendent of Police, The Nilgiris - Sholurmattam Police Station, Crime No.158 of 2017.
