2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, that the case itself was already disposed of on 05.03.2015, before the trial Court in DVA No.31 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Coimbatore.
