Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the relief of issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.1951/A4/2012 dated 05.07.2012 and the consequential order passed by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.276/A1/2012 dated 10.07.2012 and to quash the above said proceedings and for a consequential direction to the respondents to
restore the petitioner in the post of Agricultural Teacher, Mangayarkarasi Aided Middle School, Sundaresapuram, Udyarpalayam Taluk, Ariyalur District.

ORDER
Challenging the order of transfer issued by the 2nd respondent on account of surplus strength and the consequential order of the 3rd respondent and for a consequential relief, the petitioner is now before this court with this writ petition.
2. Today, when the writ petition came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order impugned in this writ petition has been revoked by the 2nd respondent vide Na.Ka.No.1951/A4/2014 dated 17.02.2014 and hence, he sought permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is accordingly granted.
