This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file final report in Crime No.314 of 2015 dated 23.09.2015 on the file of the second respondent police within a stipulated period of time.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that investigation is almost completed and if six months time is granted by this Court, the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed by the respondent before the concerned Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
