This Petition has been filed to extend the time given in the order dated 17.02.2021 in CRP (NPD) No.877 of 2016 for depositing a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- to the credit of the suit in O.S.No.131 of 2012 on the file of the Principal Sub Judge, Puducherry.

2. At request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the time is extended. The petitioner is directed to comply with the condition imposed by this Court in CRP (NPD) No.877 of 2016 dated 17.02.2021, on or before 21.12.2021.
