This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 150 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal against the judgment dated 21.11.2024 made in SC No.9 of 2023 on the file of Learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Ariyalur District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 150 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
