ORDER

The petitioner is before this Court with the prayer to direct the respondent police to reinvestigate the case in Cr.No.430/2018.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completion of investigation, the respondent police have filed final report and the same has been taken cognizance in S.C.No.24 of 2019, on the file of the Sessions Sub-Court, Coonoor. ordered in Crime No.430 of 2018.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly dismissed. However the petitioner is at liberty to approach the trial Court to invoke the provisions under Section 216 and 319 Cr.P.C., during the trial.
