ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S. NAGAMUTHU,J.,) This petitioner is the mother of one Dineshkumar, aged about 17 years. Mr.Dineshkumar has been found missing from 23.05.2016 onwards. A case has also been registered in Cr.No.768 of 2016 on the file of the first respondent. But he has not been secured so far.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted all efforts are https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
being made to secure the minor boy. He further submitted that since the petitioner has got an affair with one Bihari man, the minor boy dissatisfied the same and hence he left the house.
3. The above statement is recorded. Since we are fully convinced that there is no illegal detention and it is only a simple case of boy missing, no relief could be granted to the petitioner. Hence the habeas corpus petition is dismissed, however, with a direction to the respondent police to continue the investigation.
