Having been satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this appeal, the delay of 103 days in filing this criminal appeal is condoned.

2. The Registry is directed to number the criminal appeal if the same is otherwise in order and thereafter, call for records from the Court below within a week. Simultaneously, if it is otherwise in order, the Trial Court is also directed to send the entire records pertaining to S.C.No.371 of 2018 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Mahila Court/Special Court, Chennai, within a week on or before 22.01.2021, before 5.00 p.m., through Special Messenger.
