Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the second respondent in connection of the impugned order dated 21.03.2006 passed by the second respondent refusing to include the petitioner's period of suspension for calculating his retiral benefits and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to re-calculate the pension of the petitioner by taking into account his total qualifying service as 33 years and pay the arrears of the same.
