This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of Mandamus to directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.12.2012 and implement the scheme namely Education of all Sarva Shikhsa Abhiya in all seriousness by (a) by dissolving the present village Education Committee at Kattur Pudur Village, Thiruppur District, (b) by constituting a fresh Village Education Committee as per Go 53 and 108 with the

due consent of the parents of the students and (c) by further directing the respondents to ensure the students who are temporarily studying at the Elementary School at Thottipalayam are re-admitted at the Elementary School at Kattur Pudur Village, Thiruppur District.
