ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the detenue Anitha, aged about 28 years and set her at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed by the husband of the detenue.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that the detenue was called for enquiry and she has given a statement that due to difference of opinion, she is living separately. She has also stated that she filed H.M.O.P. No.2196 of 2019 before the Family Court.

3.In such view of the matter, we do not find any illegal detention involved and the habeas corpus petition stands dismissed.
