2021 to grant another 60 days time period and direct the respondents to continue to de seal process for enable the purchaser to visit ad thus render justice [IN WMP No.24734 of 2021]. Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.JOTHI KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J) This petition has been filed seeking extension of 60 days time and a direction to the respondents to de seal the premises. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
2.Considering the case of the petitioner, this Court vide order dated 01.10.2021 directed the respondents to de seal the premises for the period from 04.10.2021 to 18.10.2021 to enable the petitioner to remove the articles which were lying in the premises. In para 14 of the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it is stated that the petitioner wanted to sell the entire articles, for which, he has already approached some buyers and they will be sold shortly. Hence, he seeks extension of time. 3.In the light of the above averments made in the affidavit and also taking note of the case of the petitioner, we are hereby direct the respondents to de seal the premises till 30.11.2021. This petition is ordered accordingly.
